Police and people living in Baton Rouge,Louisiana have become alarmed at a new street dvd that contains drugs, money, and guns being fired that are of a higher calibur than the police are equipped with. The producers of the dvd say that the dvd's purpose is to generate money to become rappers.

Thats WACK homie. Them boys in the dvd just wanna shine cuz nobody ever gave them light. Whats WACK is the dvd producers taking advantage of that fact and putting them in an incriminating situation.
